This job involved a period of time as a Territory Sales Rep, then Area Sales Manager before being given the job of Sales Trainer and Field Sales Manager for the North of England. Jenks is a Brokerage company in the retail food trade dealing with such principals as Schwartz Spices, Cover Girl Cosmetics, Camp Coffee, Force Flakes, Savlon, Vaseline Products, Purina Petfoods.The team I had to train and develop consisted of ElevenTerritory Representatives who each had an average of six Merchandising Representatives.

Cornwall College is the UKs largest FE College and I joined to deliver YTS courses in Sport and Recreation.in the early days. Later, I worked as Lecturer on the BTEC Business courses.

I contributed to several shows whilst I was working at Cornwall College.

This was during my degree when I went to study local radio in France. I presented my own show and also helped with the stationīs advertising.
BBC Radio Merseyside Presenter 1970-1974
I was a frontline presenter in the early days of BBC local radio.Ultimately, I had to decide between waiting for the possibility of a full-time job with the BBC or feeding my family. At this time I decided my family was my priority.
BBC Radio 1 Guest DJ May 1970
Very few managed a spot on Radio One and I consider myself lucky. I travelled to the Top Rank in Doncaster where I was the īlocalī DJ. I interviewed the Nashville Teens, Lieutenant Pigeon and two other groups on Roskoīs show.
Clatterbridge Hospital Radio Presenter 1970-1972
I was a volunteer at this station after I had appeared on the BBC Radio One Club as a guest presenter of Emperor Rosko. This was one of Britainīs first hospital radio stations.
